Thank you for shopping with All Around Cart. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s).

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1–5 business days.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All Around Cart is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.

Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 14 days for investigations.


Split Shipments

Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
